Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept your payment via Stripe through our secure server without leaving our site.
We also accept Pay Pal. If you prefer to use your credit card or do not have a PayPal account, choose the PayPal option, click the pay now button. At the bottom of the page you will find a button that says, (don’t have a PayPal account) when you click this button it offers you an option to use your credit card where you continue by entering your card information and complete the sale.
Our designs are ready to ship. Our normal shipping is 1 -2 days, excluding weekends and holidays from receipt of order. We carefully wrap your jewelry in a pretty gift box and ship it in a bubble mailer or flat rate box.
We offer free first class domestic shipping. Any package over $50 retail will include insurance and tracking.
Domestic shipping upgrade:
Available for Canada, Australia and the UK, Switzerland, Norway Netherlands and France. Flat rate charge of $12.00. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages going through customs.
CA residents will be charged 7.875% sales tax which will be added when you checkout with PayPal.
Website Refunds and Exchanges:
Our jewelry is all handmade by us and we guarantee it 100%. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. We work very hard to present it well photographed and listed with as much information as possible. Please review the description and measurements before you place your order.
If you are not satisfied please do not leave negative feedback. Please contact us at email@example.com to allow us to resolve any questions you may have first. Once agreed you may return your unworn jewelry within 7 days of receipt. Please prepare the package as you received it so that it is protected from damage in shipping. Please include insurance and tracking. Return shipping is not refundable. Once received in good condition we will issue a refund or shop credit.
Your privacy and security is important and we will never share or sell your information. We do not see you credit card information when you use Pay-pal. We get paid from PayPal.
We will send an email confirmation of receipt of order and shipping information.
We would love to keep you up to date. If you opt in to our mailing list you will only receive our electronic newsletter approximately 8-12 times a year, as news, listings and event schedules come up.

We do accept custom orders. Most of our designs are one of a kind and we do not replicate exactly. We can however design similar pieces in a different color way. If you would like to order a custom piece please contact us and if it is possible we will quote you and prepare a separate order. We will communicate with you several times during the process to be sure we are on the same page. You will be billed 50% at time of order and balance due on completion. We cannot offer sale prices on custom work.

Resizing and Repairs:
Sometimes you might need additional length or slightly smaller sizes, it will state in the listing if possible for that design. Slight variations like extra links of chain will be added before shipping at no extra charge. If you need a bit more we will quote you. If you accidentally snag your piece, it occasionally happens and it breaks, contact us and maybe we can repair it for you.

Monitors have a wide variety of settings. It is important to understand that the particular computer monitor you are using determines the particular colors that you will see displayed. Different monitors will have slightly different contrast and color ratios settings. Your Desktop and your laptop may give you slightly different color representations of the same material. Therefore, the colors each individual customer sees on his or her computer screen will not 100% accurately reflect the colors of our merchandise.
